For a simple outline, The payment service can approve, examine, reject, or require extra verification. Billing information must be complete and correct. We can hold or cancel a transaction that is high risk, unfinished, or cannot be verified. Full card numbers are not retained on this page.
As an operational note, The issuing bank or payment provider normally controls failed payments, declines, disputes, chargebacks, temporary authorization holds, and exchange-rate questions. A refund that receives approval ordinarily returns through the original payment route.
